Title: The DZ:TWISTED HIPS are looking for paddlers for 2017 Post by: HawaiianLion on January 06, 2017, 10:21:43 AM Dragon Zone Twisted Hips is back for 2017 and looking for interested committed paddlers. 2016 was a rebuilding year (as we only had 8 returning paddlers) and through determination and hard work with a push and encouragement from our coach we were able to achieve similar results from our previous season. Selena Wong returns as our coach.
The HIPS are a welcoming team who are seeking paddlers, especially females. And beginners are always welcome. We are looking forward to continuing our progress this season and can't wait to see what we can achieve. We practice out of Dragon Zone, located in the Creekside Community Centre at False Creek. Our season begins in February on Saturdays and then moves to Mondays and Thursdays (days to be confirmed) in March.
