Title: FCRCC Hosts Sprint V-6 Seminar - Feb 1, 2016 Post by: FCRCC on January 18, 2016, 10:51:31 AM Sprint outrigger racing is a dynamic discipline made exciting by the host of skills and tactics required for success. Several-time World Champion and former National Team coach, Kamini Jain, will share the tactics she developed during her years of focus on outrigger sprinting. Topics will include turns, starts, lining up and training strategies. The emphasis will be on V-6 but V-1 and V-12 will be discussed also if time permits. There will be time for open questions at the end of the seminar.
