Title: Team Momentum dragon boat team recruiting coach for 2015 Post by: Momentum on November 18, 2014, 04:19:02 PM Team Momentum is a women's recreational dragon boat team paddling out of Alder Bay. We're made up of ages ranging from mid-thirties to a very fit 70 something. Our team usually comes in the middle of the pack at regattas and our goals would be to work on our technique and stamina in order to improve on our results. We are a very cohesive group and enjoy paddling together. We practice out of Alder Bay on Monday and Wednesday nights 6:00 pm to 7:15 pm. Our season starts mid-March and we usually paddle till the end of September taking part in six or seven regattas during the season.
