I am looking to start a dragon boat team in Grande Prairie, AB but we don't have a boat. If anyone has any information on where we can get a used boat to train with please let me know. We would be looking for a 10 row boat. We have our SRS (Buk style) dragon boat which includes paddles, steering oar, dolly and coach boat for $7500 all in. The boat is in excellent condition, has always been stored out of water and lightly used by only 2-3 crews per season from May - Sept. The boat is well maintained and hasn't had much use the last few years, overall it's in very good shape. I also have some used paddles and pfd's which could be included to help start you off and lastly I have a trailer which could transport the boat. If you know someone that you trust from Vancouver who is in the dragonboat community I suggest you ask them to compare this boat to any others that might be for sale from this area or if you're coming down to this area by all means I'd love to show you the boat and discuss any questions you may have.
