We're starting up our free run groups again Sat Jan 28 so I'm at the moment collecting email addresses for those that want in. As usual we'll have a learn to run 10K program for those aiming for the TC10K and also a half marathon group targeting a few different events. If you'd like more info or to get on the list, shoot me an email. We've been running these groups since about 2004 and have seen hundreds of people go from not running to 10ks, halfs, full marathons and even a couple ultramarathons.
