Dragon Boat West

I just wanted to inform everyone that we have been working with MEC to organize a club night will take place at the MEC Vancouver store location (130 West Broadway) on Tuesday, April 5th from 7-9pm.

As the same as last year, they will be closing the store to the public at 7pm and then offering the store and the associated discount to DBW members only. Since we need to provide them with a list of our members that are planning to attend, please PM me or email [email protected] with the following:

• Your full name
• DBW username
• Dragon Boat Team

Members will receive 10% off of all items purchased that evening – and 5% off bikes and boats!  All items must be in stock and purchased through their tills that evening in order to be eligible for the discount.  So this means that we cannot offer the discount on items that must be ordered in, or that members wish to purchase online.
All participants must be members of Mountain Equipment Coop in order to make a purchase.  If they are not yet members, they are welcome to sign up and purchase a membership ($5) that evening.

The Missus went to this event, and she came home and realized MEC did not give her any discount. 
Did anyone else not get the discount?
