Eye of the Dragon Presents Dark Dining

Hello fellow dragon boaters and dragon boat fans!!

Eye of the Dragon is hosting our 3rd Dark Dining event on November 13, 2010 at Mooses Down Under - 830 West Pender Street, Vancouver.

We would like to invite you to come on down and experience dining in a whole new way...blindfolded!  Dark Dining is a unique dining experience that will give the diners an opportunity to experience what it's like to spend an evening in a visually impaired persons shoes.  The evening starts at 6:00pm when upon entering the doors of Mooses Down Under you will be blindfolded and lead to your table where you will enjoy a wonderful 4 course meal.  Lobster bibs are provided by most diners will be pleasantly surprised at how they raise to the challenge and finish the night without a drop spilled. 

The masks/blindfolds will remain on the entire evening and anytime the diner needs something or wishes to go to the washroom all they need do is simply raise their hand and one of our sighted guides will help guide them.  Once inside the washrooms though, not to worry, you can remove the blindfold  :D

Saturday, November 13, 2010 will be the next Dining in the Dark. This is the only place in Vancouver to do it, and it's only twice a year.
