Teams race on Sunday the 22nd. Please see below for details. Also a reminder that individuals may register and will be placed on a team to race on Sunday. This is perfect for people who want to race but don't have a full boat and a great way to meet people! Race Categories: Mixed Teams. (All teams welcome - includes women’s, junior, senior, and mixed divisions.) Individual registrations will be placed on Mixed Teams according to the individuals experience. Race Management: Canadian International Dragon Boat Festival Society and the Richmond Dragon Boat Club Race Director: Greg Lamb Race Registrar: Leah Nagano Producer: Ann Phelps Sport Development Manager: Alexis Gall SCHEDULE SATURDAY 21st AM Individual registrants meet and greet, team placement SATURDAY 21st PM Individual registrant teams practice, small boat try out activities, and fun dragon boat races NOTE:Teams participating in Sunday competitions are welcome to participate in the fun dragon boat races on Saturday afternoon but it is not a requirement. SUNDAY 22nd AM and PM Each team will race two 200 metre races and two 500 metre races Boats: D2s Boats per race: 3 to 5 RACE FEES TEAMS Before July 22 - $500 plus HST $60.00 (12%) $560.00 July 23 to August 20 - $550 plus HST $66.00 (12%) $616.000 INDIVIDUALS (will be placed on teams) Before July 22 - $25.00 plus HST $3.00(12%) $ $28.00 July 23 to August 21 - $30.00 plus HST $3.60 (12%) $33.60 Payment Options: Visa, Mastercard, Cash or Cheque.
