Title: Re: Burnwater Fusion Grip Post by: doc on April 29, 2010, 09:59:38 PM One girl on my team bought one. It has started to move around on the paddle a bit. A few of us are trying racquet grips and they seem to be holding up reasonably well so far, but they could be a little thicker than you might want.
Title: Re: Burnwater Fusion Grip Post by: LittleSchrodinger on April 29, 2010, 11:26:14 PM It works wonder for me. Been using it for a long time and I don't have much complain about it other than it moving around if you have a death grip on it. I use a fairly light grip, so it hadn't bothered me as much. Gets looser in the summertime for me, too.
Title: Re: Burnwater Fusion Grip Post by: mandachan on April 30, 2010, 02:33:57 PM i have tried many different types of permanent grips...
But sexwax wins. Title: Re: Burnwater Fusion Grip Post by: dogpaddle on May 02, 2010, 06:26:26 PM I use it on my dragonboat paddle and OC paddle. It moved around on my OC paddle (probably due to changes) and I eventually had to take it off...but it's holding up very well on my DB paddle. I would buy it again. Talk to Puppy...I'm hoping he'll be able to get his paws on some...
Title: Re: Burnwater Fusion Grip Post by: LittleSchrodinger on May 02, 2010, 11:19:35 PM puppy said he should be able to get his grubby paws on them in two weeks' time. Always good to have a few for the hot summer just in case.
Title: Re: Burnwater Fusion Grip Post by: NFW on May 03, 2010, 02:39:48 PM Another alternative in wax form that is pretty awesome (better than sex wax imho, as cool as the name sounds lol) is the 'sticky stuff'. MEC usually has it in stock...but call in advance to inquire.
