Looking for Vancouver team Post by: betterisbetter on April 05, 2010, 07:55:20 PM Not sure if we're already too deep into the season, but I'm just about to move back to Vancouver and am looking for a fun loving but competitive team. This will be my sixth season between Toronto and Vancouver; lead stroke for three - female, in my mid-20s, easy going, committed and can't wait to get back on the waters :)

We're still looking for ladies. We're CCW (Canadian Construction Women) - a rec team with a will to win. We have 8 newbies and the rest have 3 - 6 years. Our coach is a lovely not too sweet though and she keeps us in line. We practice out of Burrard Marine Park on Saturday AM and Tuesday PM (starting on Apr 13) If you are interested send an email to [email protected] and I would be happy to have you come out and meet us and paddle with us this Sat to see if we're a match (no commitment until we're all happy) Diane |
