Title: MS Warriors are looking for an able bodied Volunteer Paddler Post by: MS Paddler on March 30, 2010, 07:59:09 AM We are the MS Warriors Dragon Boat team. A Team consisting of primarily paddlers with MS. We have an amazing coach and have earned many awards and accolades in our first 3 yrs. This year we have 2 paddlers in wheelchairs and the others may or may not be using canes.
We are looking for an "Able Bodied" person to join our team as a volunteer paddler. There is no cost to join our team. Our volunteer paddlers are expected to assist the MS Paddlers in and out of the boat as well as paddle on the team. If you are interested in joining our "Fun" team please email [email protected]. We are scheduled for 5 festivals this year, May 22nd, July 10th and 11th, August 7th, August 14th and 15th and Sept. 11th. Let me know if you are interested... |
