We got a summer student hooked on dragon boating while she was here in Kelowna. Summer is over and she'll return to Victoria soon. Is there a fun team in Victoria that needs motivated paddlers? Title: Re: Newby looking for fun team in Victoria Post by: NFW on September 01, 2009, 01:09:53 PM There are lots of dragon boat teams in Victoria, but seeing as how the season is almost over (in a month), most teams have either already shut down for the season or in the process of. Hopefully someone from the Island team can chime in here and get her to train with them on the off-season or for the last few races of Sept (Penticton, Kelowna, etc).
