Title: Male paddler looking for a Team Post by: 2010 on May 19, 2009, 05:04:45 PM Hi everyone,
Just wondering if there are any team looking for a male paddler. I have been a paddler since 1999 but took the last 2 seasons off to finish school. I am comfortable on both sides of the boat, stroked both sides as well, and have dabbled in coaching and drumming. In terms of commitment, I would ideally like a max of 1 practice per week due to family obligations, so it kind of rules out comp teams. I am not responding to any of the posts already on this board because the dboat landscape seems to have changed significantly since I last paddled, so I no longer know which teams are comp and which are rec. We have 3 practice session left - Wed June 10 at 6 pm, Sat. June 13 at 11:30 am and Wed June 17 at 6 pm. These are all at the Dragon Zone by Science World. Let me know if you're interested!
