I have had 2 years coaching experience and have taken the coaching courses the are required. I coached the Delta Flying Dragons until the team folded. (transplant recipient team). We will be paddling tuesday nights only, ay 7:40 and need a part time coach for 2 practices per month. I have been asked to Coach, however have only done it a few times, so would welcome the chance to learn from someone with experience. We also attend the following festivals.
