Title: 2 females required ASAP for this Saturday Morning's RIO TINTO ALCAN Regatta Post by: BernMan on June 02, 2008, 10:30:02 AM Hello everyone, and in particular, to the ladies who peruse this forum. Phat Phish Racing is in desperate need of 2 female paddlers for this coming Saturday morning's regatta only. My crew will be short 3 women from the official Festival roster due to other commitments and will be back with the crew in time for the actual festival races. However I need to recruit 2 women just for the regatta only. I would prefer women who are from teams that have paddled at least 1 to 2 years on a rec or even a comp level team. Obviously you will not be spared because I don't have any. If your team is scheduled to race during the afternoon then you would be good candidates. I have spoken with the race registrar and she has no problem with you being on 2 rosters but just for this Saturday's races only. Please PM me if interested. We practice Monday and Thursday nights at 6:30pm out of Pogue's/Burrard Civic Marina.
