Title: Newbie, Langley/Surrey, young couple
Post by: rootschick on May 28, 2008, 11:02:52 PM
Hi there,

My husband and I (haven't done this before) live in Langley and would like to join a young (late 20's early 30's) and energetic recreational team to start off.

If you could please respond that would be great!

Thanks!

Jennifer

To be fair Fort Langley is a good club and I think they have some mid 20-30 teams?  If you're willing to drive out to Cultus Lake around Chilliwack there is also Sudden Impact - shameless plug I KNOW!!!

I don't think Surrey has any teams?  There is also the Lotus Club on Burrard Inlet as well that would be in the area.

Yes we have several teams in Fort Langley, though ages range on all teams.  We have 2 mixed teams.  Check our website to get the contact info for the DB teams, or contact me.  Hope to see you on the water.

we have 9 teams in Fort Langley, 7 womens and 2 mixed.  Several of the women's teams are moving up to comp level. Sea Syrens were at Whistler this weekend and did very well, I hear, though have not seen the results yet.  WOW was 10 out of 54 womens teams at FC womens'.  If you want more info contact me at [email protected]
