False Creek Women's Dragonboat Team is looking for fit women (premier and masters) interested in competative paddling to join our team. We provide a competitive program for women of all ages to train and race. We are based out of the False Creek Racing Canoe Club in False Creek. To learn more, check www.falsecreekwomen.com.
- Training (on-water) includes dragonboat, OC-1 and OC-6 for 3-5 times per week. - Goals for this year include Alcan 2008 and National Trials and Championship in Toronto on July 17-20, 2008. Whether you are seasoned paddler or just starting out - if you are committed to fitness, training hard, and looking for a challenge, then give us a try. Contact Inna ([email protected]) or come out to a practice. Practice times are Saturday at 8 am and Tue/Thur at 6 pm (Thursday practices start on March 13).
