Title: 2008 Kelowna Dragon Boat Festival Post by: dgonye on January 28, 2008, 04:01:44 PM Does anybody know if Kelowna has confirmed the dates for the 2008 festival? Their website has not been updated...the phone number listed does not work...nobody answers the e-mails using the "contact us" section...
