Title: Dragon Boat Canada Town Hall meeting Post by: DBWTim on November 06, 2007, 06:49:17 PM Dragon Boat Canada (the official Governing Body for the sport of dragon boat racing in Canada, as recognized internationally by the International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF). http://www.dragonboatcanada.org) will be holding an information sharing town hall this Saturday November 10th from 9am to noon at the Inn at False Creek Quality Inn 1335 Howe Street.
All Dragon Boat Canada (DBC) Members (Clubs, Individuals, Festivals, Corporate) are invited to participate. The objective is to provide an opportunity to people who are unable to attend the AGM a chance for their suggestions and concerns to be heard so that they may be brought to the fall meeting in Toronto. This will provide an opportunity for attendees to get an update on the present situation and future plans of DBC. |
