For all those that emailed us, and those that are not sure what team they want to paddle on next year. Vancouver Ocean Sports is have a year end meeting and setting the standards for the new programs and new Dragon Boat Teams that we earlier posted on the forum. This will be held at 350 East 2nd Ave. It is a common room of a team member. The date will be this Thursday at 8:00pm. Club members can arrive at 7, and new members should arrive at 8 for the meeting. We will discuss team goals, selections, coaching, obligations and races for both outrigger and dragon boat. If you are looking for a rec team or to be part of the new comp team come by and be part of the discussions. All input will be taken and you can help shape the team.
