The Grandragons practice mornings during the day, so you need either to be retired,on shift work, or independently wealthy to paddle with them. Average age of the GD's is 67years old. If you are fit and competitive the Masters is probably the way to go. The only official Masters team is Masters of D'Zone. There are many 50 years old paddling on many teams. Pick a team and try out for them. If you are good enough, bonne chance.
