The lack of dragon heads on the boats was due to one of them being broken off in an earlier collision (not involving any teams in the video). Strictly speaking, the video does not show a drill, since it does not run long enough to show anyone turning the boat right side up and bailing it out. Title: Re: Capsize Drill!
