Check our website out at www.dragonboatassociation.ca Title: Taiwanese festival Post by: richard on March 25, 2006, 09:28:50 AM We like to invite you to participate in our fourth annual Taiwanese Dragon Boat Races on September 2, 3 and 4 in Vancouver, B.C. The dragon boat races are incorporated in with the Taiwanese Cultural Festival. The festival has been rated as the top cultural festival in British Columbia, Canada for the last four years. The races have both competitive racing and fun racing. We have medals and prizes for four categories in the competitive races. Our races use original teak dragon boats and original Taiwanese Flag Catching Boats. The teak boats are 2400 years old traditional boats and the Taiwanese boats are 1000 years old traditional boats.  Please check our website for registration, rules, waivers, and links to photos at :
