bah, don't worry about it. this test shouldn't be taken seriously. you can't measure your health by height and weight alone.  :P

From http://www.mydr.com.au/default.asp?Article=3735

Quote
The experts concluded that health risks for Asians began at a BMI lower than 25, the index considered appropriate for Caucasians, said Dr Mabel Yap, vice-chair of the advice committee that met in Singapore last month.
...
'Asians usually have a higher level of body fat, and a lower level of muscularity for every level of BMI compared to Caucasians,' said International Obesity Taskforce Asia-Pacific regional coordinator Dr Tim Gill, from the University of Sydney.
...
The WHO consultation set the 'normal' BMI range for Asians from 18.5 to 23, but it decided that individual countries should establish their own high-risk, or obese, cut-off points based on their own morbidity and mortality data, Dr Yap, a member of the Singapore Health Promotion Board, said.

Yeek!! Now I'm borderline overweight!! :P

Hey muscle weighs WAY more than fat.  A friend of mine is 6'1".  He weighs 200 lbs but he could use some weight as he is all muscle and not a mm of fat.  He only has a 29 inch waist and he is 6'1" remember?

BMI is for the average person.  The more muscle you have, the more you will weigh.  So do not be too hard on yourselves!

woo hoo! BMI 28
Body fat 8.5
quarter turn
side chest.......

The BMI rating is for normal folk anyways
I think overall DBers are in good shape though I think Outrigger paddlers are better overall (both sides as opposed to one)
Ya gotta love both though!

the BMI is dumb!!![who the hell declares wat is a normal body size!?!]
think about it kids - it's obvious that muscle mass is greater than  human lard mass - and as u increase u'r muscle mass u ARE increasing your weight which actually screwtards you calculation... coz technically u'r not over weight... and u'r by far WAY healthier than those sorry souls... and it's not their fault they are over weight either! some are just genetically big horizontally... and some try to diet and starve themeslves.. and they those diet fabs... it's not their fault they have large stomachs... and u know the metrotown mall, there's a pair of tiny escalators near the sportscheck area... that structure is an obvious disgrace to fat pple...

i'm at this ubc desktop publishing workshop right now... i'm really really really really really bored! - 35% of the class consists of  blonde bimbos who's boobs are bigger than their brains  and 40% are blonde bimbo wanna bes[i'm sorry if i insulted any blondes, not being prejudic i have a few blonde friends[they are the smart, perky norm] but these ones in THIS workshop are full of boobleness and ditz sluts]- so fustrating!

2 more days to go and i'm back with normal pple

rehashing this post....
i'm in a fitness and conditioning class at school, and we just had a class about body compisition, mass etc.  at a bit over 6'3" and 182lbs,  have a bmi of 22, which is within normal specs.  measured my body fat  as well.  9% body fat, just below moderatel fitness level, top of extremely fit (thank you high metabolism!   ).  i have about 4 pages worth of other info and data, but thats the sum of it all.
