lane 1 - 73 pts lane 2 - 62 pts lane 3 - 74 pts lane 4 - 31 pts lanes 1, 2 and 3 seemed pretty even. What's up with lane 4?? Couldn't be "the stronger teams were in the center lanes" because lanes 1 & 4 would have been closer in points earned. Good event otherwise. Thanks for all your hard work!! It was fun and a great learning experience for our crew ,the only thing maybe would have been maybe 1 more washroom to lessen the line-up at times Title: FCRCC Spring Regatta 2004 - final word Post by: Nook on May 21, 2004, 04:56:10 PM weaker teams were seeded towards the outside lanes, that's the reason for the correlation.
That's why when you look at any champ final at Vancouver, the middles lanes typically arrive at the finish before the outside lanes. |
