·         Waivers can be found on our website under racing\Race Info Docs\Waivers

·         The same Waiver form is good for Festival Practices, Alcan Regatta and the Festival

·         Managers sign at bottom and initial the box on the front; coaches do not sign

·         Waivers must be submitted before you can get on a boat to practice at Dragon Zone or race in the Alcan Regatta or Festival

·         Anyone not listed on the final racing roster will NOT be able to race at the 2004 Festival - no exceptions. Waiver violations are grounds for disqualification

Adult Teams
·         2004 ADBF Adult Waiver
o      To be completed by all adult teams prior to: their first Festival Practice OR participation in the ADBF Regatta OR participation in the ADB Festival (whichever comes first, all members of a team should sign one form)
o      A clean copy of this form (i.e., no additions or deletions) will act as an adult team’s Final Racing Roster (due on the weekend of June 12/13)
o      Individual waivers are not needed for adult teams

·         2004 ADBF Waiver for Additions/Deletions
o      To be used for additions and deletions to an Adult Team Waiver for Festival Practices and Regatta. Not to be used for Final Racing Rosters as those should be clean copies of the Waiver form above

Junior Teams
·         2004 ADBF Junior Waiver
o      To be completed by each member of a junior team as well as their parent or guardian, prior to their first Dragon Zone or Festival Practice (whichever comes first, only one copy needed)

·         2004 ADBF Junior Team Roster Form
o      This is a roster (i.e., team list) only, not a waiver form. It should be completed by the manager of a junior team
o      This form will act as a junior team’s Final Racing Roster (due on the weekend of June 12/13).
